Seeing everyone proudly wear the sweaters and use the stickers fostered a sense of unity and team spirit among us. It was incredibly fulfilling to know that my designs contributed to boosting morale and creating a stronger sense of community within our cohort. This project underscored my passion for using creativity to bring people together and enhance collective team bonding experiences in healthcare and other professional settings.
