NUSNA is the National University Student Nurses' Association. We are a student-led organization that serves the nursing students of National University at its three campuses in San Diego, Los Angeles, and Fresno. NUSNA San Diego is a local chapter of the California Nursing Students' Association (CNSA) and National Student Nurses' Association (NSNA). Our organization is governed by our own bylaws, and our meetings are run using the basic outlines of Roberts' Rules.

Being involved as the cohort 71 representative for NUSNA has provided me with an enriching experience full of numerous opportunities for leadership, professional development, and networking. It’s allowed me to connect with other student nurses, participate in various events and workshops, and gain valuable insights into the nursing profession. This involvement not only enhanced my skills and knowledge but also fostered a sense of community and support throughout my nursing education.
